Business psychology is all about maximizing the major benefit of any organisation especially its people through the recognition of the impacts behavioral concerns have on the foundation line of any activity and generating the most mutual balance through effective discussions, information and participation in teamwork. Business psychology combines understanding of both the business world and psychology. Whether you are a manager, business owner, a medical specialist or other professional, effective people have insight into self and insight into the motivation of others.

The leadership framework plays a curtail role in business psychology and a grater aspect in the acquisition of personal development since it is this framework that contains all the managerial aspect in a business. (Coch, L. and French, J.R.P. 1948)

Leadership Framework

Leadership is the prominent growth over and above mechanical compliance with the custom directives of the organization" (D.Katz & Kahn, 1978) its also a process where an individual controls a group of individuals to attain a common goal". (Northouse, 2004)it brings about meaningful direction to collective effort, and causing enthusiastic attempt to be expended to attain rationale" (Jacobs & Jacques, 1990" it is also through leadership that visions are articulated symbolizing values, and creating the environment where things can be accomplished" (Richards & Engle, 1986). (E.H. Schein, 1992) describes leadership as the capability to pace outside the culture and emerge with evolutionary change processes that are more accustomed to.

A good leader is one who involves himself or herself in making and understanding of the issues involved by those who must carry out the decisions. Most People are more devoted to activities where they have participated in the relevant decision-making. Individuals are l more mutual when they are working on joint goals.

The decisions embraced together and the social commitment to one another is greater and thus increases their commitment to the decisions. Majority of people making decisions together come up with better decisions than a single person’s decision. Through participative leadership, i will seek to involve other people in the process of decision making with a view of including subordinates, superiors and other stakeholders. A fruitful leader should always consider the following aspects

Leadership can be portrayed in the following ways:

We have that leadership which entails the oppressive decision by leader. This actually is totally non participative in that the sole decision is made by the leader and does not offer any participative forum for the coworkers.

Another situation arises where the leader suggests the decision, takes a keen look on the feed back then makes decisions on what has been decided. Such leadership traits actually is termed as selfish since ones sees themselves as superior which in turn results the undermining of the coworkers effort. (Schein, E. H. 1992,)

When the leader leaves the team to propose decisions and finally makes decisions for them, it does not clearly signify how participative he or she is since in the real sense he will be the sole decision maker

When the leader sees the Joint decision with team as the same, is as a result of viewing them as equal share holders, therefore their contribution is as equally important.

Total participation by the leader comes about when full allocation of decision is laid to the team. In this sense all the team players consider their contribution as superior in that’s sense of self esteem will be impacted in their perception of quality service delivery.

By embracing the aspect of participatory leadership am able to give in to my level best the aspect of cooperation which entails involving the staff members in all maters concerning decision making which is of crucial importance for the companies’ success.

In assessing my own personal development, leadership has been a self motivation booster and through it has been able to attain the goals that I set and achieve more from this framework. My motivation in work has been boosted to achieve the important goals in life. It has enhanced my visions and made me to become a team player such that am able to articulate issues and formulate solution s that in turn together with the coworkers agreeable and offers attractive returns incase an investenment opportunity occurs. Decision making can be so easily made when this aspect of the leadership is tackled with ease since the sole reason of the inability being focused upon will give the solution to the problems that are to be tackled

Through the leadership framework I have embraced the ability to motivate and inspire the imagination of most people and guiding individuals and groups in a way that entails progression without possibilities of loopholes that can lead to failure in the development of my personal needs the ability to foresee goals, and trying to emulate creativity and taking calculated risks has been build in me.

I have developed the ability to clearly organize, come up with a constructive budget and delegate so that i can emerge with an attained objective of accomplishing the success of the project outcome. This can only be achieved through effectiveness and how policies are laid down to sustain the supporting coworkers.

Through effective leadership skills I managed to enhance the following aspects of interpersonal skills:

I had to build relationships

Making new friends serves as an avenue of exploring the business venture vividly since its from this many friends that you will be able to attain the long term friends who in reality will support you thought. to advance the trust and openness of every individual I had to build new interpersonal connections which has exemplified the role of a true leader.

Through this framework i have developed effective communication skills that foster the delivery of qualitative and quantitative ideas to the clients. this involves taking time to listen clearly to what the client or any other persons views an then giving responses that neither seem biased or false but tent to support the two pities involved.

In developing my personal needs leadership has managed to motivate ethical behavior to me and made me base my decisions on reasonable grounds.

Criticizing the leadership framework

A leader is not one because he or she wears or shows an appearance of becoming one but is through the coordination of efficient workforce and foreseeing development that makes one to be a leader. This entails the performance.majotity of conventional leadership was through inheritance for example the kings and family heads were all considered leaders as a result of heredity. In the current times leaders are sought out in relation to their performance. They can be elected for example the governor and chair men, while some can be appointed such as the coaches

Leadership should not be seen as a gift but an aspect that involves the application of effective skills to facilitate the progression of duty. it is based on true facts that everybody has some incapability’s of learning all the skills of leadership other than gaining some of the few unavailable knowledge and skill to nature their own self

Most people are not born with leadership traits but they learn the skills according to anyone else .leadership should not be confused with a boss since the later is one who demands and keeps on pushing for orders to be acted upon immediately. Effective leaders are those who are able to embrace the following two aspects i.e. the job and the group

When a leader tackles the” job” it dose not implicate the idea of work performance as many would think. this mighty emerge to involvement in sharing and selling ideas or rather playing some games leader ought to be there to ensure that the job is effectively done since without this jobs there is no need of having leaders who in real sense will just have nothing to do.

The word group involves the people who are entitled to act on the job which at all times is able to continue after performance of the job is complete which in turn defines the hardest bit in a leaders point of view

On the other hand leadership vary with the situation at hand, the group and the leader .one leader cannot take another ones job and surely do it to his or her perfection , definitely variation will occur. When dealing with groups a leader has to part away with tradition models of leading to embrace new forms. When a leader is tackling a different situation, he or she must change the various conditions in order to fit to the current one.It is therefore to a need that an efficient leader should always be conscious with reference to what the members perceive on the business.

Psychological Style Conciousness

It’s the systematic (science and a practice) study of the brain and behavior.

This entails how an aspect is perceived .by using psychology. to tackle business issues one is more likely to attain his or her objectives other than the person who just jumps onto conclusions.

The increase of consciousness is believed to be an occupation of degree of changes within the mind which has been attained, the quantity of insertion of the alert and unconscious aspects, the f imminent achieved. To be able to achieve this framework the following are taken into consideration.

This framework requires that one is able to clearly identify who he or she really is and the manner in which they conduct themselves. Through this aspect reality prevails such that by doing what suits you at the right time will give an outward role of how you can relate with the society. If a person is unable to see the problem he or she has at hand, it means that the same person cannot translate any positive ideas to others.

Responsiveness shows how one is well versed with the changing times. In order to gauge self with the current times one should have the knowledge and understanding of events taking place every time and the relevant changes that occur in order to minimize competition and provide effective services to the client. Bias is not entailed in this framework since it is the reality of the situation which makes the happening of the daily activities to continue having a freedom from inferiorities.

Its is evident that matters which are clearly looked upon and critical sought end up achieving greater impacts unlike those whish embrace guesswork. Take a case where a person hears of a new product or service in the market. it has a high publicity and it is seen as of great benefit to the whole population. He or she quickly rushes to acquire the product since as it was indicated frown the advertisement it was said that the product will be short term.

Without thinking they quickly purchase the product with no particular intended use but only because it is new and offers a variety of advantages. When this clients finally discover that all which was being advised had only after sale service or the small discount advantage. They will have a negative perception of future products. a rational psychologist with all his or her consciousness will first determine critically the credibility of the “new” products since this new products are always changing especially in appearance but not in quality. He or she will then look at the long term benefits and how these same benefits out way the disadvantages of other similar products in the market since competition is the chief target to watch.

From the above paragraph psychology and consciousness are highly rated in the absorption of an individual developmental plan since everybody at certain times will opt to make informed choices where they will have to choose between various circumstances that seem challenging. This will only be possible if this business psychology framework is put into consideration. This framework enables one to have a calculative step especially when in a dilemma

Power and Control In Social Experience

Power; it is the ability to have control of what is in the vicinity

Social experience. Involves having a well versed idea on how to interact with the immediate surrounding.

This entire framework engages in the attitude of control and sharing where you have to acquire power in order to have some recognition and at the sane time utilize this power by sharing to those in need.surpose you are trying to give some advice to students who are always rowdy in a school and they seam to be turning a deaf ear too you, the only success towards this situation will be for an experienced person who knows how to tackle such case and that is power.

It is a mere fact that when something powerful strikes all people become aloof .that is how when a business psychologist tries to make a statement all respect will be accorded to him or her unlike the person who is inexperienced in that field. (Albrecht, Karl. 2003)

To be able to interact with the entire organization, management and staff well needs persistence in knowing the relationships that are seen in all of them. The performance of an individual will depends on the way the relationship takes place within him or her with the other members .since business psychology tends to focus on improving performance, total cooperation is required in all fields within the organization so that continuity prevails. (Klein, Gary. 1998,)

Socialization might result to both negative and positive implication in which this case will focus on the positively attained. In an office there are always many people with various tasks to be performed. This people have to all rely on themselves to become efficient since they all cover different areas but with the same objectivities. With power which is the greatest attracting tool everywhere, intrapersonal and interpersonal discontents should be addressed to limit the occurrences of conflicts within an organization.

After being an employee in some manufacturing firm, there were vary many social discrepancies and everyone seemed to be blaming the other for offences that never existed only to attract the attention of the managerial staff to chase you out of the job market. A business psychologist emerged and brought aspects that clearly changed everyone’s perception. She was a skillful lady and came up with ideas with a need to cub the intensity of obvious conflict within the company.

She had sessions with the managerial staff including the human resource manager teaching them on the performance improvement aspects through proper leadership and allowing integration and how they could solve and tackle the conflicts seen within the organization.

This actually changed my perception of social experience since within a short period of time all the employees attitudes changed with a view of attaining a common ground .it is from this social experience that I managed to improve my speech and creativity in decisions making since everyone had to interact with ease amongst ourselves and we sought to talk about the challenges we faced every week.

With this current era of technology, the emergence of a successful enterprise will depend on how the competition in the market is and how the company’s products are taken into consideration by the clients. The clients need high quality services that measures and corresponds to the services that they are being offered

Training ones freshly recruited staff is important, and through psychology one can identify the go getters. Also of greater importance is that one is now able to motivate and encourage these people.

They should evaluate the performance of coworkers based on their performance contracts. This leader will be able to successfully execute since they will have evaluated the persons psychology and therefore know their weaknesses and strengths. Soon after this they should recommend appropriate measures based on the results of the evaluations

The leadership framework should be sensitive to others needs problems and concerns and learning to deal with frustration are one of the benefits of studying business psychology. One is able to view people in this case coworkers differently. They should also look and act professionally in the work environment are one of the important work ethics that a leader should highly commend. This as learnt through business psychology is of importance as it creates a professional environment thus people look more focused and they therefore stay focused.

The main factor which boosts the growth of a business is when there exists the motivation aspect. This is to be done in general by everyone within the business especially the leaders to boost the morale of the entire staff. How can this be achieved? (Hertzberg, Frederick. 1959).

By focusing on areas or activities for success through inspiring and enhancing team work so that a sense of unity can be attained and in the end they will be able to administer effectiveness. Embracing competencies showing a need to be the final manager in our field

Donation and attainment thence every employee will be able to closely link their individual objectives with colleagues by centering on short and long-term success.

Reflecting the employee’s requirements by offering the prospect to choose benefits, and incentives which include awareness programme linked to the business. It is to the entire performance of the company or business that the applied psychology benefits all its members

Business psychology enable one to learn and be apple to put the knowledge and skills gained into practice and to dedicate it entirely on self control. This involves carrying yourself in a manner that suggests that an aspect can be aped from you as a role model by others. Though this aspect is hard to nature, it is one of the most demanding areas within any entrepreneur’s ideas. It is a learned process and with time when one has acquired it filly it greatly leads to performance.

The leadership framework should ensure that it carries out evaluation of the workers performance to cub loop holes that might arise as result of laxity

Revolving around the business world most psychologists can actually be incorporated to areas where they can venture and apply their gained skills and knowledge of tackling issues that arise and come up with the relevant solution to the companies, mystifying people problems.
